This is same like AdSense saying you brought fake trafick, or broke the ToS, "We are getting the money back to the insvestors", but yet no one EVER got a returned balance (or refund) from AdWords.... shity ppl!

Exactly, once I was running an Adwords campaign and had 42 clicks from one townsmall for like 1 hour , which clearly was a fraud - never seen any money back. 42 clicks for a lawyer keyword - I lost about 120 dollars. Never saw a penny back. Also PP did a mistake once and refunded someone who claimed they didn't get their item, despite the fact I posted with a tracking number and they got the item.

The only way was your ebay account sell only to your country .

But becouse it worldwide on ebay to buy goods/items you got limited.

But you sent usa items you might still get a court letter be warned.

I believe they hold the money for a period to cover their liability against fines etc. All the main card companies (Amex/MC/Visa) will fine you for breaking their ToS as a merchant and this can be pretty substantial amount (in the $10,000+ range for some things).

I posted in another thread why all these payment operators and card merchants are so heavy handed when it comes to unlicenced online pharmacy sales.

I agree about Adsense, but in the Paypal case they don't keep the money. It's limited for 180 days and you can withdraw amounts on those 180 days and after that period you can withdraw it all. They do this because if there's a fraud and people need to be refunded, they keep the funds until someone else complains. If no one else complains, you get your money. Unlike Adsense.

I know, I've had my paypal limited like this 3years ago, but I thought he wasn't getting it at all. Fuck it, maybe just use shopify and use credit card payment? I mean if its allowed to sell that there, and if it's allowed to advertise on FB.

You cannot advertise any pharmaceutical products on FB without prior permission and none of the Shopify card merchants will accept pharmaceutical products unless you have a licence.

Where did you see me moaning? I'm asking clear and simple questions.

The purpose of this thread was , if somebody been in the same boat to share his experience and if there is a way to restore my account.

Can't understand why some of you guys are just trolling and hating rather than being helpful. Not to me only, but to everybody else who are trying to do honest business and made a mistake.

Not sure if this is aimed at me...

I own a share in a licenced pharmacy business in the UK. We expanded online a couple of years ago, but the amount of regulation and restriction to get set up was something else.

Do you know why US "doctors" were buying from you rather domestically? Did you not consider it a bit strange? Have you looked at what the FDA has been doing for the best part of a decade to intravenous supplements? Whilst you might think there was no harm in what you were doing, you were selling into a highly controlled and regulated market. There are huge risks for anyone involved in this (and that means everyone from the US company that accepts the payments, right through to the company delivering in the US).

You've learnt a lesson, a hard one. Now you have to move on.
