How to check banned member post or infrigment?

So i just almost make a deal with someone jr vip and have 3K likes and 4K post but just when i make a deal i refresh his username and found that he is already being banned. so my question

1. how to know why he is being banned (he said he just banned due to advertising 24 hours, i am said to him before as long it's not about scamming people i will still want to make a deal) but when i try to ask who's moderator that banned him he dont tell me, is it a mean/rude to ask like that?
2. how to check his post history? i cant check it using BHW search engine and when using google i cant get the full picture since google only index some of his post
3. can moderator and willing to help me in someway, something like tell me the reason why he is being banned (i know moderator most likely busy with their current job, but if it's possible i want to ask them if no other option i can use
4. if i cant get any help, should i continue to deal with him? do he's telling me the truth about his reason, and since the deal only 15$
