@bartosimpsonio is right. G is just filtering out the trash so that they can serve up only the best content curated from websites they deem worthy.

Either play their game and stop hiring shitty content writers, or do it your way and lose.

I wonder how SEO blogs will continue to spin Google's attacks on webmasters as something great. Yesterday I was helping an elderly person do some searches and they got all the answers straight from the SERPs. Not a single click-through to any website from a "normal" older user that has no clue where the info came from.

That's the future of the WWW.

Most big sites don't even call it a guest post, they call the person a "contributor." Don't look for sites that are advertising guest posts, make sure the site has legit traffic and stats. It's better to set up syndication opportunities these days if you can.

You can literally check first thing in the morning which takes literally 10 seconds to see if they have post and save yourself a LOT of misery if you are a dodgy cunt that continually tries to outsmart a multi-billion dollar company.
