How do I get a Ca. domain without living in Canada?

I market products to the Canadian market and would like to get a CA. domain, how would I go about that?

I believe you can purchase them direct from moniker.com ...check it out.

We were able to register them with NameCheap. Just use a valid address etc. Didn't seem to have any issues.

It does look like their are restrictions on who can buy a .ca domain
Complete .ca eligibility list: Canadian citizens, Permanent residents, Legal representatives, Corporations, Trusts, Partnerships, Associations, Trade unions, Political parties, Educational institutions, Libraries, archives or museums, Hospitals, Indian bands, Aboriginal Peoples, Governments, Trademarks registered in Canada, Official marks

You can try to provide fake info and hope that they won't verify it. Or you need some sort of registered business in Canada.

He needs to have a trademark. So no go with fake info. It's not blackhat, but illegal tbh.

Mmm. The way I see it, he can use someone in Canada, or a mail forwarding service.
