That's entirely up to you. I would say as much as you can spare. That or start out with $100 just as a test to make sure it's something you want to do. Then, you can do larger amounts. I'm currently in the process of making a program to automate this.

My one question is regarding Paypal. How do you not get screwed?
Wherever I see any talk of selling bitcoins for Paypal all I hear it's too risky, due to chargebacks/refunds.
Do you take any extra precautions (accept vetting the buyer as best you can)?
Ever had any bad experiences?

I'm sure paypal scams probably run rampant in this, so just like all crypto in general, don't gamble with more than you can afford to. If you really believe some clown is going to buy btc at a 200% markup you're going to have a bad time.

I feel that bitcoins are just going to crash as it was never developed to take such kind of loads, you can see the amount of unconfirmed transactions since last week.
