Never got what was agreed upon (Moiisam10)

I posted a thread on "Hire a freelancer" and got contacted by Moiisam10

After adding him on skype and talking about what I needed done he told me he could do it and said the first half needed to be paid before he started which was 80. I wasn't comfortable with 80, but i wanted this done so I agreed.

He said it would take him 2-3 MAX

This was May 15, 2017 I'm okay with losing my 80$ i was stupid, but I rather him get punished by this forum for being a scumbag

I finished the bot, and when i was about to send to it i saw my email that i got a dispute. I checked paypal, and i get -80$ From hes order. So i dindt send the software.
He got the 80$, and thats what he want.

I did the charge back way before he returned because I thought he wasnt coming back his communication is horrible if he actually finished the bot and let me test it i would have paid him again I've heard nothing from him

I check bhw and read this he said nothing to me
