It certainly is a footprint that IG might manually review. Why would accounts link to the same relatively unknown site?

Not sure if it would be any problem. E.g.: football blog owns different accounts "FanPagePogba" "FanPageMessi" "FanPageWhateverFootballPlayer", but uses this to promote own website (which is not punishable afaik).
You could use bit.ly to create different looking links and link them to your original link maybe?

Yes, it's doable. I doubt anyone is going to manual review your accounts. lol. I know someone who is redirecting at least 5 accounts to the same sub domain with bit.ly. Instagram follows redirects though as already stated so it's up to you to choose if you want to use a link shortener. However, I would wait at least 1 day before adding a new link to make it look less spammy to the algorithm.

got maybe 5 accounts directed to bitly. they're pretty new so some got disabled. my bitly link is now flagged on fb and ig even when you edited it. soooo...
i did put the real domain to 2 accounts. and see where it goes. will probably add other domains in other accounts. will give it time though. 2weeks - 1month
