I must say it's a little frustrating that you auto-bill people using the Stripe payment system and offer no way at all for users to cancel subscriptions directly on your site. I assume sending an email to [email protected] is the only way to stop another payment being taken?

A mechanism for doing that has been added to the work queue. For now, there's Live Help and the Help Desk. We're happy to prorate anyone until that option is added.

• Adding a new zone in Vietnam today.

• IP-based authentication turned out to not be possible (For all users) due to the amount of IPs we're working with. It would have required the opening of extra ports of which there's a finite amount. User/password-based authentication remains in place. It all depends if the site has IPV6 support.

Update On Our Bot

• We just finished applying several updates to our site which enhances functionality, reliability, and security.
• Next we'll add a few new features to the Proxy Manager and Billing sections.
• We've decided to steadily increase our prices based on IPv6 adoption. IPv6 adoption will continue to increase. Get locked in at these prices while you still can!

Network Updates

• Our new /48 is waiting for us to add to the network. We've decided to do this after our next site update.
• We've added a new server in Vietnam for one of our users. We couldn't make it available to all users because we could only find a /112 there. We do however have a presence there now and can deploy more /112 subnets upon request.
• We're currently working on an update that will shorten add/delete pool times. They're already quite fast (0-3 minutes) but we'd like for them to be nearly instant. This means we'll be converting even more of our systems from PHP to Nim.

review - been using them for last three weeks and didn't face any issues , there were times when their site was inaccessible due to updates being carried out but the uptime of proxies was 100%. Highly recommended if you are working with a site that supports ipv6.

They are DC. How many subnets we have depends on how you want to calculate them. We purchase /48, /56, /64, and /112 subnets depending on the location (Whether or not we can port our own numbers to it and availability). Right now we have 22 different subnets defined above /64 ranging from /64s to /48s as well as a much larger subnet (I won't mention the exact size publicly) from which we assign lower subnets to customers. The issue of subnet banning is one that we're very keen on. We have developed special subnet assignment code and netblock assignment procedures to deal with that in the best way possible. It's basically a game of making sure we're always able to provide clean subnets (And we do).

I'm sorry but your post doesn't make sense to me. There is no such ticket and no such payments in existence. Also, it's impossible for someone to be billed twice in one day unless they've entered billing information twice due to payment failure or decided to upgrade. No such transactions exist today. I sent you a message asking you for your Infiniproxy username before but no response as of yet. I believe you've made a mistake in your post here.

Edit: I believe I see your username at our web site but you have not been double billed or submitted any tickets.
