Heading to Skopje, Macedonia

Hey guys,

I'm visiting Skopje, Macedonia for the first time this week. I've been traveling around Eastern Europe involving people in our online projects and just networking. I would like to meet some people from Skopje that are into SEO, hosting, web development, etc. It would be cool to see the best of Skopje.

Anyone from there on here?

But 1 time I was driving back from Germany to Bulgaria and it was some crazy time period where all turkish gastarbeiters were going home, so it was a total hell on the highway and I chosе some random mountain road near the Kosovo border and at some point I realized that I'm the only car on this road and wanted to piss so badly, so I stopped and started pissing on the nearby tree and suddenly I see a guy with camouflage clothes coming from the forest and pointing his Kalaschnikow at me, then came another guy, checked my documents and I was good to go, but this really scares me dear Kosovo = scares.
 
I am from Kosovo. Come visit Pristina, you will have a good time for sure
 
I know of 2 guys on this forum that live in Skopje; one is a very close friend of mine and I bet there are others as well.

Hopefully some of them will hop in here and set up a few meetings with coffee or an adult beverage or two.

Those with Kalashnikovs that checked your passport are the serbian military patrol near the borders. But agreed in overall, every territory in balkans is scary if you don't know anyone. There are exceptions like in every case, but the mentality in the balkans is still a cave-mentality.

Some months ago me and my gf met an australian girl that was also visiting Skopje. we had great time showing her the city , hope to meet her again someday.
when are u planning to come?

Actually smaller cites in Macedonia like Veles, Kumanovo have more IM's. They are very close to Skopje, 50km or so. Veles got famous last year for fake news. And there are lot of IMs in Kumanovo who bank hard with health related sites.
 
There's plenty of us from Skopje here, depends on what you want to do and when you arrive, I'll hit you up if I'm free.
