Same way Getty and the like track people down, then ask them for proof of purchase.

If you change the image hash and resize it and rename it can they still track you down?

Hell, last add a filter to it as well and maybe even change the saturation in PS and add in a few dicks in the background.
Can they still track me down then?

I doubt it would be worth their while unless you become the size of Wire Cutter or something like that.
