3. When it replies, paste the link of the image (eg www. shutterstock .com/image-photo/art-portrait-beautiful-girl-gorgeous-brunette-383270167?src=KRlTviJfBjjItPNK7r7Q8g-1-2) and hit enter.
4. Wait a few secs and it will reply your image without watermark.
5. Have fun

And if you want to add another links repeat from step 2, write shutter first then after it replies paste the link and enter.
 
I don't see any chatbox at all. Perhaps only on workdays?
 
I guess Shutterstock sent a cease and desist, he had to shut down his operation and is now trying to sell the forbidden fruit.
