I think its allowed as cpalead does allow cross promotion of lp's where multiple ppl share one lp income
As long as the lead is legit and from legit traffic to his offer

just contact him and add his code to your site with legit traffic and wait till he gets a pop

You can contact your affiliate manager and try to request if they can release your payout so you can use it to invest in other methods/tools.
