I've worked with Indians and i've worked with German, American people. Both good and bad experiences. The thing is you gotta learn from your mistakes. When i chat with someone, that i want to buy a service from, and he can't speak proper English, then i avoid him. And guess what, that happened with Indians, with Germans and with people from other countries as well. Just because you've made bad experience with Indians doesn't give you the right to judge most of them as scammers.
