After multiple delays (quoted TAT 3-4 days, actual delivery 14 days), the seller delivered 1500 words on a 7000-word order.

I used the same communication with previous orders to other sellers, but i guess there was some possibility of confusion.

I have asked for a refund for the 5,500 undelivered words, and will update here if I receive it.

To their credit, the sellers have reached out and offered a full refund and have apologized. Ops can be hard, and at the price point they were offering (for the quality they were promising) I suspect they were swamped. I will update again when the refund is actually granted.

The only issue is the TAT, but the quality of articles are really great with this price.
If you're not in a hurry, definitely a perfect service. Will order again.
