[Joint Venture] 200k view per month youtube channel needs website

I am a semi successful internet entrepreneur
I have clients that allow me to pay the bills, eat well, and invest in personal projects
that aside,

a few years ago i made a website / community for police brutality and good cop videos
anyways it was more of my first IM experiment and it went well

i was quickly sucked into having clients and working contracts

since then website has been hacked and is no longer online
and a few months ago the youtube channel exploded and has been averaging 100k views a month since January
about to get my first payout from adsense (i didnt have monetization turned on for a while because this influx of traffic surprised me)

anyways, seeing as the community is getting some solid traffic on youtube i thought it would be nice to give it a new website

I am not looking for anyone to invest in the site
but someone to help me build it and manage it over time
very open to negotiation as for as revenue allocation.

i am a web developer. I could build the site myself but dont have the time
I will be available to help
and should be able to put together most of the old content and media
i also am pretty well invested into marketing tools and resources so i expect we should be able to turn a good profit off this, as long we can secure a good product to monetize
