Need help - Facebook page management

Hi,

I receive an offer to manage a facebook page for a UK magazine (travel, food, cars etc...).
Even if I told the client that I wasn't expert on this, he liked my remarks concerning his page and keep insisting to manage it.
So I would need your expert advise:
the principal question is how can I drive substantial traffic to his website and to get like on his page?
- My only idea is to post articles on related Facebook groups, which if I am not mistaken will potentially drive traffic to the website but what about the Facebook likes? Should I invite to the page the person who liked the posts?
- What is the adapted tool to autopost on the Facebook group? (preferably web based)
- How much should I charge monthly?

You can get likes by boosting a post or promoting your page.
You can charge $250-$1k but depends on how much engagement you can bring to the page and to the site.
And depends on the client what he/she wants to achieve or see in his/her page and website

You should choose an interesting video and post it to groups.
Create Engagement Campaign for this video post and you can get a lot of likes if that video goes viral.
You can also ask popular people on FB share your video post. Remember to check their engagements before offer them money.

I was checking buffer but Is it auto posting in Facebook group? It didn't look clear to me?
