if we are talking about Stealth you just need a virtual credit card and a phone number
if you live in Canada phone number is easy to get just buy a new sim
and don't forget about to change ip better use portable chrome browser as well

Man, I still have some problems with my ¨Paypal accounts. Two problems actually:
1. Paypal account is limited and hold money for 20 days
2. Identity verification, Paypal said if you want 20 days Hold to be removed, you have to verify your phone. I need a phone number, not VOIP ones, since VOIP doesn't work anymore!

Have a US stealth paypal but i am not a US resident (a friend's bank account linked). When they ask for 1099 form, what do i do? I dont mind paying taxes on [income-expenses], but if i give my friend's EIN, we would have to pay tax on [income] without considering expenses.

how I understand Paypal blocks all virtual numbers but I while trying other variants!

two good ways to stay under the radar with IP's. Get a hospot/jetpack that changes IP''s everytime you turn on and off. Make sure you log them because they do repeat sometimes. Other way is to get a VPN with a dedicated IP, but make sure they are new IP's, not recycled

you can always get a prepay phone. There are also people who sell no hold stealth paypals, and ways to get rid of limits, I can refer you if you message me, but I cannot provide these sevices myself

I've read a few threads here. Many users say: why you need a fake\stealth account, just create a legit one. I'm from Russia, paypal here sucks! It doesn't accept US dollars. It converts USD into Russian currency AUTOMATICALLY. I do dropshipping in US. I sell something for $ and I have to buy it for $. So Russian paypal can't be used for that kind of Business.
Atm I'm using Australian legit paypal. They already suspended it once I loged in here in Russia. But I was able to veryfy everything. But It wont last long I guess. But I want a sustainable as possible business. The other problem is that some suppliers in US don't accept Australian paypal and cc. One thing I noted is that paypal suspended me here when I used Tor browser. They are ok that I log in from Russian IP for Australian paypal. But they don't like VPN. Even when you use some of the "what is my ip" services it shows that it is proxy or vpn.
I consider now:
1. Getting American ITIN and creating account in some of the online banks. Some of them are ok if you are not in us and you can link them with paypal. Looks like it MAY work. At least it worth trying.
2.Something like stealth account or similar things

thats a tough one, i havent dealt with anyone in russia before. May i ask how often/quickly do your paypals shut down when using a VPN in russia. I have come to understand that paypal is cracking down on people using VPN's, but also keep in mind stealth accounts are meant to stay open for a long period of time, it is a numbers and time game. what i suggest trying is creating/buying a fully verified US paypal and ebay, and a US based VPN. One good supplier i have heard about and not tried is nvpn.net
