NEED SERIOUS HELP ON GETTING ADSENSE MONEY

i live as a refuge in Europe, for the past two yeas i make 1000s of $ from adsense and i receiving the money from my friends bank in usa, i have a good viral website that is still active. but currently b/s my friend got some serious problems, he can no longer receive the money on his account, and i am stack right now, i can not make my own bank account here b/S i am a refuge and i did not have my papers yet to stay here, and i can not go back to my home country (i hope you understand why) , so to make the story short, i buy a uk adsense account from here and ordered a payoneer account, but payoneer i could not get the account verified, i did not have a passport here, so again i buy a fake document here from BHW and but still payoneer blocks my account, after trying with them for 4 times now i give up.
can you pleas help how i can receive my uk adsense income,

i have a uk pin verify account but i could not own payoneer, i try my best, the adsens account is not the case i can buy the usa pin verified account from here too, but how am i going to resive the money - ( pleas do not say payonner as i try everything with them,)

i receive the card, but to receive money on your payonner account you have to verify your identity, they ask me to send passport, i buy from BHW, and send them, after tow days they block the card, i try again the same, when i contact them all they say is they could not see what is wrong in detail but generally the account is under review, and still the same for long time

You didn't try to open a new account in payoneer under one of your family members ?
I have payoneer account which is verified and I don't use it , if there's a way I give it to you hit me in pm
