My back hurts

  1. Change your posture
  2. Get a massage
  3. Get an ergonomic chair
  4. Avoid nightshades

Get one of those fancy standing desks, works like a charm!

Go to a surgeon and ask them to do spine removal therapy where you lie down on this nice warm gel pad and the surgeon takes out your vertebrae one at a time, gently massages them, and puts them back in.

Trust me, it's so great that you'll never want to get up again.

Is that even possible?

  • see a massage therapist or chiropractor.
  • buy ergonomic chair. herman miller aerons are good.
  • be conscious of your posture. no slouching.
  • yoga & stretching. many youtube videos to train you.

Why do you post this here and not on quora or even better, going to a doctor???

Get a treadmill desk ! This way you walk 10 miles a day + get work done. Only downside is they are $$$$ and not portable

man I have the same problem when I sit all the day for two weeks fighting a project

the best thing to do is to get away from the computer and walk every 1:30 or 2 hours, walk just 30 min plus some stretching moves and your back will be ok, if this didn't work in 1 week you need to see the doctor

and to avoid this, I do same workout everyday in the morning or evening darebee . com is a my favorite

but don't do the workout in the first day, just walk until you feel better

See! this is because you were playing with your hair stylist too much.
I somehow managed to get a CCTV footage of your date

Best investment ever if you're working on a laptop.

Do you find most desks are too high for shoulders and wrists to be ergonomic? Its almost like it needs a portable tray table that hooks onto tall tables/desks
