Well I've actually been offering $12 per 500 words content right from when this thread was started, but just decided to do away with the cheaper option as I stopped outsourcing and have been doing all the writing myself.
I'm really sorry for you ending up wasting time, though. I've had a talk with Apricot already regarding this but was too busy to write another OP. Also, I didn't really try to rush it as this thread wasn't active for quite a while and I was busy working for regular clients.
That said I'm certainly going to edit the OP and title as soon as I can.
