15 USD not paid by user Toosen

Hi, this user contacted me via pm to do a yelp review, and agreed to pay if sticks for 7 days. Review was done with 5 star ratings ans i am still waiting to hear from him. I am not blaming him to be a scam as he is not online since last Friday, but only mods can investigate if he is using some other account. That will establish him/ her as a scam. Here is screenshot of my chat, if require i can share TV session for proof.
