I don't think there is anything illegal about it. But we all know how fussy these ad networks are, and how they will use any underhand tactic to not pay commission. But you are supposed to say "no trust me, they are all unique", and they take your word for it.

I think it's certainly dodgy, to say the least. It can be easily manipulated into a system to phish for personal data.

I cannot for the life of me know how Adsense allow this or do not pick it up. It's a very different situation if you're a recognised hotspot provider.

I don't think he is using adsense, and I can't see anyone getting this approved unless they knew someone at a network, or a previously high standing account. Plus when every retard from here who can't even tie their own shoelaces, starts emailing ad networks with dumb fucking questions about this method, you have no chance. Just my opinion.

I would think adsense is a complete none starter with this but there must be a way to monetise other than just collecting emails that won't result in being banned from every network going.

Yes adsense I mean. Have a few different webpages set up myself. Although this only consists about 25% of my income. Most of it consists out of earning money out of people doing a survey while being in a content locker.

Something doesn't add up here.

You're absolutely right there, it doesn't seem to add up. Although I use sometimes some adsense, not as main, because I would be flagged and banned.
I use it only if I have a range of ip's I could use at that time. (No proxies btw) It's just one of the twists you could use. Lots of hardware that you could use to your advantage. Multiple sims + which you pick up for free or 99p each. In that case you can use it. Google at multi sim gateway.

Which networks do you use at the moment? Have you told any of them what you do?

Yes I have told them, had to come with proof ofcourse. Because who would believe anyone that does an offer 100 times from the same ip?
Landing pages don't only contain offers ofcourse, it's like a legit looking website. For example the airport one I have; Got flight times on it, latest last minutes from certain operators and go on.
And up to now i've always got away with it that way. But maybe I might just be lucky for now?

Well I would also like to know what ad networks would be fine with multiple offers from the same IP or if anyone can think of another less risky ways of monetising this. The idea itself is great but I fear the ad networks will not think the same.

Also, to complete an offer they would already require some sort of internet connection, I assume you are relying on them having their own 3g/4g connection to complete the offer before they can access your wifi network.

If I can find a way around the issues I have I can think of about a dozen places within a 5 mile radius of where I live where this could work, one of them is right at the back of my house so I wouldn't need to go far!

He would be connected to the internet without the need to make the offer.

I would love to really implement this and make a steady income even if profit will just be $20-30 daily but constant is great for me.

Capturing the emails from the portal for a mailing list is also a way to monetize. Send them all into a funnel/spam with CPA after they are off your IP. Although the list would only be vaguely targeted based on the location of where you captured the emails.

Topic: It's a very smart idea btw, good job, but it's worth it only if you live in a big city, and the shopping centre are full of people everyday. You'll also need a very very good range. In my country a lot of shoping centre has parkings in the underground. It would be better via backpack with everything.
