Paypal withdraw Alternative? [Help]

Im looking for a Paypal alternative to withdraw money, I wanted to add my payoneer bank account but now is not possible. ( Security Reason according PP staff ) they recommend me that my local bank get me a US bank account but is not possible either.

So what other alternative I have for that request, I appreciate your time and knowledge in the matter.

Where are you from and is the account under your real info?
Why not create a bank account if its yours...i guess vba would do...
Have you tried withdrawing it via credit,card?
Why not send it to your friend and,ask for cash

Get a VBA or else its better to ask someone to receive it for you and then you exchange that via different platform.
Also, I am assuming that it is fake acc? because you can simply link your real bank account no matter what.

Thanks for your time, as I said, Im from Nicaragua, my local bank can not provide me a US bank account, al info in my local bank, paypal, payoneer are my real info. I have a debit card but I can not withdraw either for Financial regulations of my country, acording to paypal support.
I they notifimy that link a virtual account as payoneer now is unable, is not active, because they say Payoneer does not have the security measures required by PayPal to be virtual accounts registered by third parties.

You can buy bitcoins with paypal, then sell your bitcoins to someone locally that purchases them if possible.

You need a visa electron card. Ask for one from your local bank.

some times it fails
but they have called payoneer and told them it was for paypal and got a different number
then called paypal and swear its a real boa
