I have done a re-write to the IPv6 Residential Remote Desktops section as I've added in some additional new features, so the new product description looks like this and no longer requires anyone to have a native ipv6 network to use the service:

1.) A dedicated remote desktop that permits you access to the IAPS residential IPv6 network.
2.) Your choice of operating system (Windows 7, 8.1, or 10).
3.) Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus pre-installed.
4.) Your choice of how much ram (memory) you need.
5.) A dual stack IPv4/IPv6 for initial rdp connectivity (IPv4 just for connection purposes if you do not have a native ipv6 connection supplied by your local isp).
6.) Your choice of however many ipv6 proxies you want added to the machine (proxies are on the in-house network).
7.) Proxifier / Proxycap pre-installed and ready for ipv6 proxies. (Proxies will be provided in list format as a text file on the desktop of the remote machine.

Instead of providing the remote desktop and a seperate ipv6 proxy system, we will now be putting the ipv6 ip addresses directly on the network card of the remote system. This will greatly reduce the risk of creating new accounts because there will be zero chance of webrtc, dns or ip leaks. We think this is in the best interest of all account farmers and its our job to create the most secure and professional platform we can so that farmers have the highest success rate possible.

We are also considering an on-going monthly service fee that will provide free ip replacements as your accounts burn out. This will allow you to contact us and request replacements up to 1000 ip's at a time.

I sent a lot of emails, contact via forum, skype, facebook, but i didn't get any answer.

"Like Orson said, there's a minimum 24hrs to complete order processing, security checks, and order build. It also does not help in anyway to badger and complain as that will most certainly put anyone in the back of the que.
But, not being a new subscriber, you should know that already. What, did you not respond to the reminder emails and let your subscription lapse so that you had to start the whole process over again
