So I've recently launched a new website selling computers. The new domain is domain.com but I've bought the main European extensions as well and redirected them to the domain.com. I just noticed that the domain.co.uk used to sell baby clothes 8 years ago and has a few existing backlinks. The existing backlinks are actually quite good as they are on high domain authority websites. But as it is totally different from what I sell now, will it impact my SERP? Should I just stop the redirection from the .co.uk to the .com and clean these links? I've only communicated about the website using the .com

One of the links is an anchor text and it's something like "baby napkins...". Would that not be bad for me?

It's depend upon where from your backlinks belongs too. If your old backlinks website are not active then it should be deleted from your end but if it is still active and crawlable then store them from your backlinks list.
