Niche/keyword selection Help needed.

I hope I am at the right section to post this thread. I am interested to build a micro niche authority site. I have selected some long tail keywords, but I want some expert guys opinion. my plan is to run adsense ads later, once I get the traffic on site. I yet have to buy domain and will work from 0.

As I have some health related background work experience, so my most of niche keyword are health related. But my one mentor told me that health related keywords are NOT easy to rank. Please see my keyword list here, or you can suggest me some idea of niche / long tail keyword ... with a bundle of thanks.

Have you tried using Google Trends to do some keyword research? Also try using social media to search your keywords too to see if any of the ones you are considering are more popular than others.
