keyword and domain name question ?

Just a quick question, which of these domains containing the keyword or phrase would hold most weight in a google search from an seo perspective ?

eg if the keyphrase is "i luv food"

then whats best;

iluvfood
i-luv-food
iluvfoodnow
i-luv-food-now

or would they all be seen the same as they carry the keyword in the domain name.

iluvfood.com if thats gone then ya next best choice is:
1) iluvfood.net
2) iluvfood.org

If those bad boys are already taken then start with the dashes:
3) i-luvfood.com
4) i-luvfood.net
5) i-luvfood.org

And if there gone then i would resort to using:
6) i-luv-food.com
7) i-luv-food.net
8) i-luv-food.org

try to avoid using more than 1 dash"-" you can use 2 and can rank with them but i personally think they look sloppy and reduce the chance of repeat custom to your site/service.
