I would like to take the opportunity of thanking the Hostwinds crew for going the extra mile (and more!) with my dedicated server purchase process.

I have hosting accounts with a number of companies but I have to say that I have never, ever experienced such efficiency, helpfulness and general customer service, despite me making a few mistakes - the staff at Hostwinds were accommodating and highly professional in all their dealings with me. I thank you guys for that and wholeheartedly, unreservedly recommend Hostwinds to anyone who needs hosting, or considering moving their hosting.

Thanks Hostwinds and staff - you guys really are the best!!!

I'm sure it is. I've also had really good support from Hostwinds in the year I've been using them.

I am working with around 8 different hosting companies and when it comes to customer support, Hostwinds is really good. Had some issues but nothing similar to other big players. I recommend them.

I had Hostwinds VPS,cancelled it,because i didn't need it.Their support is really one of the best!ATM i am with Kvcwebhost as for my main website.They are wonderful also.
Both companies: the prices are very good.Their hardware is amazing,fast speed and they have the best support so far!
They didn't forget how to be human with their customers!

Grabbed the blackfriday 50% off from a VPS from Hostwinds, and have to admit, with the few questions that I had their support was superb. Haven't had too much use for them though, since their servers are working real good.

Word of honour! I really have experienced the best in class of customer service!

Offtopic - One of the "big players" waited 9 days to respond to a support request of mine, and only when I messaged them on Facebook did I get a reply.....

Yeah hostwind has good service of hosting and vps but if they reduce some price it would be great.

Hosting a couple of sites with them. Their support is ridiculous. If possible i would host my whole PBN with them.

Hostwinds is pretty good in terms of service and customer support too. Only great experiences with them so far. Recommended!

good for you, you have good experienced with them but not me .. they take down my site without any warning.. they just suspended it. that is why if i were you stay away from that stupid hosting

I have hosted with hostwinds in past, Great customer support.
I have to shift my hosting because they used to get lot of DDOS attacks.

I have been with them from the start but I oft fed up with it always downtime. At first it was really good, the customer support is at its best but now it sucks so I wouldn't highly recommend it. We are with wiredtree now and Eurovps.

yeah pathetic host!

i am amazed to so so many positive reviews... but yeah their support does suck!

even though peter promised to lok into my issue he failed to provide any support even after promised, he might have had tweaked stuff but none worked for me.

rest assured will replace this with digitalocean... i am sure their service will start getting more crappy.
