I have a PR5 Domain name and want to put a blog on it, but i don't know what kind of Category. If the name is a name of a company or something, than any kind of category?

id find out what it was before using archive.org

then use it for the same

How old is the domain?
If it is old enough..
then go for a JV with some one who provides good services and run xrummer and scrapebox on it..
