youtube success

Watched this guy on YouTube grind his way up to $3.5k/month… then suddenly disappeared without a trace. No uploads, no updates, nothing. Kinda hit me emotionally because you could see he was hungry for success. Anyone else notice this?

Channel started uploading serious videos 1 month ago. Started monetizing on the second upload. What do you think? If they keep up the uploads will their channel gain more views?
