Can we rank a Keyword to only a Specific Country ?
So for example if i select "Cooking tutorial" as my Keyword and i only want views from France. By putting Youtube video location as France, will it only be ranked in France? Or any other ways to target to specific country / City ? I guess most of the Local people will search in English rather...
