youtube comment users

I previously had two Youtube User Pools for comments, but two weeks ago, Youtube did another update and has now "flagged" the user pool somehow and now all posted comments are "hidden" under "all comments" but never appear on the main comment tab anymore. Now searching for someone that has a...
