Looking for someone with knowledge on how to move up to the top five on y*el*ps search results page for a specific keyword.

Tried registering a bunch of new accounts to Yelp and I keep seeing this error (Oops, Yelp is overworked right now!). We've been waiting for a few hours and it's the same thing. My team is trying and trying for a week now. Anybody else getting this error? BTW: We match our IPs with city/state...
