I am not able to find any free plugin which can properly alter the thumbnail which will be shared on social media, tried Yoast SEO as well, it isn't as effective. If someone can please provide me with the WPSSO plugin or anything as effective as that, it would really make my day.

I would like to try the full potential of WPSSO. As you might know it's the best Wordpress plugin for sharing posts. It has a free version witch is not good at all! You cant event change the sharing description :/ Can you help us? It's really awesome :D
