how can I get a USA Virtual card with american address if I'm not living in the united states

I wish to get a vps from Contabo and they do not accept crypto. Someone has tried to help me out as my card isn’t working either and it got declined. Does anyone know any virtual card that might work that can be funded preferably using crypto or any method as PayPal does not also work for me...
