vine theme

I'm going to start a Vine site. Collect vine hashtags by hand and maybe auto and publish it. I've searched for WP themes but couldn't find any good themes, just some plugins. There are great sites like these ones but I think some of theme are custom coded like: http://www.funnyvinevideos.com/...
