hi, i was just wondering if buying slow views say 50-100views/per day up to 5000 views max will avoid getting me banned for adsense? and if not, is there any other way to getting around adsense? or can i make money off youtube without adsense? thanks!

So I don't know why, but my viewcount for one of my yt videos (not posted on my account) has been frozen for 3 days now. It has been stuck at 302.
