    UK B2B email marketing laws. Help needed.

    So UK mail is governed by PECR. It allows me to send emails without consent to other businesses as long as they are not sole traders or some types of partnerships. How am I able to screen out sole traders and partnerships when doing mass mail? I will be doing contact form submissions.
