transition

Hello Guys, Does anyone knows how to get transitions to the website ? I need visible on external and internal analytical systems (don't bots)

So... funny story... I can't figure out how to view the threads that I've previously commented on or started. I realize that I can follow threads, but am looking to view threads I have posted on but not followed. Can someone help me?
