tool for web 2.0 and social media accounts

This guy recently released a tool , and I also shared this in on of my previous post .Again he released another tool .

Hi guys, which software is good tool to create and manage Web 2.0 and social media accounts? I found some old posts with similar requests here from 2014-15-16 but some links are dead. if you have any experience in this please advice. Thanks
