tiktok reach

I have noticed something recently that I can not figure out. A lot of my video stuck around 200-300 views. Some gets decent likes and watch time but the views stop growing shortly after posting. What confuses me is that older videos on the same account get better reach with similar content...

Hello, I got information, that if You add several TikTok accounts on one TikTok app, you will not have maximum reach. Furthermore, it will be harder for videos to go on FYP. Is this true or false? Thank You for Your time!
