tik tok upload

Any one here doing compilation tiktok videos and posting it on youtube? i have posted near 10+ videos but they never get above 15-30 views. Any tips for starting?

What's the current best way to re-upload videos from Instagram? I am currently using an Instagram downloader chrome extension and then upload the video from my phone via InShot. The quality gets reduced quite a bit so I was wondering if anyone knows a way to keep the quality up to the max.
