site marked as spam

My first BH post by the way. Hope someone can help. I strongly believe my site is being marked as SPAM so it is deleted from the top rankings. When I first published the site it stayed number one for the key phrases i wanted for almost 3 weeks, then it fell off completely! Not even on page...
