scrapebox settings

I have about 30 private (or semi-private) IPs, but anytime I use them I get an Error 503. That means that Google banned the IPs. Does anyone know what type of setting I need to use on scrapebox to avoid the ban? I use only the keyword scraper and URL harvester.

I'm just starting out with SB and trying to figure out if I have things setup right. Which is more important, the connection or the computer? In other words- I have a relatively slow computer (P4 3.4 Ghz with 4GB Ram) but a fast FIOS internet connection (20 Mbps). Based on that, how many...
