scrape adwords

Does anyone know some tool or method to scrape displayed/destination url's of adwords or yahoo ads by keyword? if you do, does it allow proxys ? (in order to scrape the url's by keyword and also location) i know you can use adsense preview tool but it's too much work and pretty limited...
