rss feed twitter

Hello i am new in seo, i heard about rss but i can,t use it properly. can some one tell me how can i create custom rss properly?

Hi guys, recently twitter have update rss in API 1.1. Before if I wanted to RSS Feed I wrote something like http://search.twitter.com/search.atom?q=KEYWORD in Feedburner query. Now I don't know which is the url code that I have to write. Can someone help to me? Thanks in advance! P.s. : sorry...
