rss creators

Hello i am new in seo, i heard about rss but i can,t use it properly. can some one tell me how can i create custom rss properly?

I have many urls for my website. Just wanna convert these urls to rss feeds in bulk and then submit using any mass submitter service. Need help and suggestions. How do I workout with the RSS thing?

Say I scrape one of my sitemaps with Scrapebox how can I then take all those URLs and turn them into RSS Feeds to submit inside of Scrapebox. I know there are tools on the web to create 1 feed from 1 URL at a time however I'm looking for something where I can load up all the URLs I want feeds...

hey guys, I just got a ton of profile links and need to create an rss feed out of them. I'm using Ice Rocket and i have to add each url one at a time. Is there an rss builder / creator that will let me just copy and paste all the urls in one step??
