recovery from google update

Many of my sites were impacted by the October update, but as I was also expecting, some of the sites that had this weird penalty, have recovered after less than 3 weeks. Obviously, we must clearly assume, that those impacted by the real quality update, are unlikely to be recovered anytime...

Is there anyone seen some "recovery" after hitting by the latest update on 7th/8th Nov. 2019? cause my sites are going down and down everyday..... so if anyone is there with good news please share, it will help to keep the hope alive......... :)
