receive btcs

Hi, I'm not from the US so coinbase would not work for me. Thing is I need to accept BTCs and convert those to money and transfer them to my local bank account. Till now I saw that skrill have the option to upload BTCs and convert to money and from there I can transfer to my bank account but...
