I have made a very small PSD file , its basically a SERVER ERROR Page (Like 404 , 403 Or 500) Its one PSD i need to convert into a valid HTML file. The worst part is i am very low on budget. I can offer no more than $5 (Sorry People.) And i guess the job isn't too hard for y'all coders ...
